Return Guidelines
I’m committed to providing collectors with the highest quality artwork and a smooth shopping experience.
Original Art
Changed your mind? No worries. You have 14 days from the day your original artwork arrives to let us know. You can choose:

Store credit for the full purchase price, or
-
A refund to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
If you do not reach out within 14 days of receipt, we will be unable to make a return, so please be prompt!
Need help finding a different piece? I’d be happy to guide you toward something that feels just right.
If your artwork arrives damaged, you’re eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving it.
All returns must be shipped back in their original packaging, including any certificates that came with your order.
Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any capacity after purchase.
Refunds will be processed in USD and subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing.

Final Sale Policy
All fine art prints are made to order and are final sale—this means they cannot be returned or exchanged.
If Your Print Arrives Damaged
Art prints are fulfilled and shipped by Saatchi Art, and they handle any issues related to damaged prints. If your order arrives in poor condition, please contact Saatchi Art directly by submitting a Return Request Form through their Contact Page.
To start the process, you’ll need:

Saatchi Art will guide you through the next steps, which may include filing a claim or receiving a replacement.
To keep your artwork in perfect condition, I recommend handling it with care and keeping it away from moisture, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures.
Special Accommodations
Trial Period: In certain cases, clients may have the opportunity to take a piece home on a trial basis before making a purchase. Availability is considered on a case-by-case basis.
Disclaimer: Please remember that brightness, contrast, and color can vary from screen to screen. I do my best to represent the colors and tones of my work as accurately as possible, but they may vary slightly depending on your screen. If color is a concern, I recommend viewing the images on multiple devices. If you want to be absolutely certain about the colors of a particular piece, please contact me.
